July 26, 2004 – The Committee on Planning and Environmental Protection will meet Aug 4 at 6 p.m. at the Earle B. Ottley Legislative Chambers on St. Thomas to discuss CZM Major Permit CZT-13-03W, Ninth Street drainage culvert, Pearson Gardens-Yacht Haven area/final phase.
Invited Testifiers are Commissioner Wayne D. Callwood, or representative Department of Public Works and Wystan Benjamin, staff engineer, FWHA Projects, Department of Public Works.
This meeting had previously been scheduled for June 30.
