Steve Simon and The Jazz Islanders will perform in this free, family-oriented concert that goes until 7:30 p.m. at Fort Frederik Beach Park. St. John resident and clarinetist Simon, who has been producing jazz and blues concerts on St. John and St. Croix, recently tapped four well-known St. Thomas musicians to form his own band.
