The third annual Freaker's Ball to benefit the Humane Society of St. Thomas will take place Saturday, Oct. 30, at the Green House on St. Thomas. Instead of your pets, organizers want you to show up in costume, 9 p.m. – 4 a.m. Prizes will be presented in the following costume categories: Scariest, Couples and/or Group, Humorous, Best Animal, Most Original and Best Drag. A portion of the $25 cover will be donated to the Paws to Care Capital Campaign. Humane Society members save $5 off admission, with a current membership card. Advance tickets are $20.
