Dear Source,
Why aren't the children in school instead of getting in trouble?? Because their great-grandfather was a slave doesn't give these "kids" a right to expect the world to bow down to their bad actions to the people around them!!! If their mothers weren't smacking them around and the father whose seed started their life was responsible for them instead of seeing how many more girls he can get pregnant maybe the new babies would have a life.
And why are so many babies being born when contraception is so available?!- because the more babies they have (to throw to the world) the more money they will get from the government to spend NOT ON THE BABIES but on themselves!! Wake up and stop looking for the world to provide for you.
