Nov. 29, 2004 – James A. Tatem, 77, died on Nov. 19. He is survived by daughters, Althea Bassue Mark and Yvette Evans; sons, Kelwyn Bassue and Darion Tatem; stepson, Patric Gibbs; daughter-in-law, Donna Basue; son-in-law, Mark M. Evans; brothers, William Hodge, Alfred Paul and Joseph Paul; sisters, Iris Paul and Lilian Mentos; special neice, Contance Fleming; 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Viewing will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, and 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, and services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1 at Philadelphia Seventh Day Adventist Church. Burial will be at Western Cemetery. Professional arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home.
