The topic will be: “Association Health Plans: Possible Solution for Small Businesses in the Virgin Islands.AHPs are intended to control costs and improve access to coverage for small employers and individuals, AHPs would allow bona fide business and professional associations to offer health benefits to members. The Chamber notes that expanded private market participation will decrease reliance on direct and indirect public subsidies for health care.
