The Rotary Club of St. Thomas will meet at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 20, at Pilgrim Terrace. Joe Elmore, Humane Society of St. Thomas executive director, will be on hand to discuss the 25th Legislature's Animal Cruelty bill.
