Jan. 24, 2005 – Darlin Brin, executive director of the V.I. Port Authority, will discuss the Red Hook dock and Krum Bay projects at a meeting of the Rotary Club of St. Thomas Thursday. The meeting starts at 12:30 p.m. with a club business meeting followed by guest speaker Brin, a release from the Rotary club said.
