At a time when the local government is short of resources we continue to give tax breaks to a company that offers terrible phone service and in my opinion stifling competition in the telecom sector. It is surprising how we rant and rave about WAPA whose financial problems are mainly due to the government not paying its bills.
What is Innovative excuse for the terrible phone and Internet service we receive? The governor should fire the entire PSC however, a decision like that takes leadership which is severely lacking in the territory right now.
