March 11, 2005 – The United Way of St. Croix will host its "4th Annual Chili Cook-Off" on April 10th at the Divi Carina Bay Beach Resort and Casino, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Teams participating will compete for the best pot of chili, with the first prize winner representing St. Croix at the International Chili Cook-Off in Terlingua, Texas in November 2005.
