March 29, 2005 – A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 31, for Desiree Marie Watson, of Bovoni, who died March 18 at the Roy L. Schneider Hospital. She was 38.
Watson is survived by her mother, Lorena Williams; her father Freddy Watson; her daughter A'Shinika Watson; sister Darlene Weekes; brothers, Delroy Gifft, Derrick Williams, Darryl and Dana Watson; aunts, Doris Tuitt Harris, Luella Willliams Stuart and Zysca Williams; grandfather, Ivan U. Williams Sr. of New York; Godparents Valerie Johnson and Joan Montgomery; and nieces, nephews and other relatives too numerous to mention.
