Dear Source,
Why are so many young people in St. Croix dying? The crime rate in this 84-square-mile little island is difficult to understand. How can "one" sit back and just tolerate it and not do anything about it. I was born there but when I was there it was not that bad now it has gotten worst. Someone needs to start paying attention.
