Miss Virgin Islands-Puerto Rican Pageant
Contestants from St. Croix and St. Thomas will vie for the title of Miss VI-PR. The pageant is on Sunday, Sept. 25, at the St. Croix Educational Complex Auditorium beginning at 6 p.m.
