NOTICE OF HEARING
VIRGIN ISLANDS BOARD OF LAND USE APPEALS
NOVEMBER 9, 2005
Pursuant to Title 29 V.I.C. Section 239 and V.I.R.R. 914-15, notice is hereby given that the Virgin Islands Board of Land Use Appeals will meet on Wednesday, November 9, 2005, in the conference room of the Government Employees Retirement System, 34-38 Kronprindsens Gade, GERS Building, 3rd Floor, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands at 10:00 a.m. for the following matters:
1. Petition for Rehearing: VI Investments, LLC v. Department of Planning and Natural Resources, Division of Coastal Zone Management, Commissioner Dean C. Plaskett, BLUA Appeal No. 005/2004 (continuation of hearing on CZM Permit CZT-35-04L) and VI Investments, LLC v. Department of Planning and Natural Resources, Division of Coastal Zone Management, Commissioner Dean C. Plaskett, BLUA Appeal No. 007/2004 (appeal of Special Conditions attached to Minor CZM Permit CZT-75-04L).
2. Request for approval: Pledge Agreement for CZM Permit No. CZX-37-03(L) issued by the Board to Golden Resorts in BLUA Nos. 003 and 004/2004.
3. Board internal procedural matters: Administrative procedures and election of officers.
Please note that pursuant to Title 1 V.I.C. § 254 all or part of this meeting, as applicable, may be held in Executive Session with proceedings closed to the public.
