Nov. 2, 2005 – The Chairperson of the Virgin Islands Lottery Commission Bernice Turnbull informs the public that there will be a meeting on Friday, Nov. 4, beginning at 9 a.m., at the Department of Finance on St. Thomas. The principles of the Caribbean lottery services will be demonstrating a new game that they anticipate will be available to the general public by Nov. 15.
