Omega Offers Free Workshops
Omega is offering workshops for free in Qigong, Tantra yoga, natural mysteries of the world and opening to a "free heart."
On Monday, Jan. 30, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Lumberyard Complex in Cruz Bay in the St. John School of Arts classroom (upstairs to the right of Polli's restaurant), Annette Knoop will be speaking about rediscovering the inherent preciousness and openness of our being. She emphasizes a simple approach that speaks to the personal and transpersonal aspects of ultimate reality.
