It's one of the smartest moves St. Croix could have done…using wind turbines. Not only will it save money by not using oil or coal (and using up those natural resources), it will also give the island a technology "head start" that even many of the mainland states are not using. Congratulations on a BIG step in the right direction for St. Croix!
