Feb. 7, 2006 – The Virgin Islands Cycling Federation will host the second annual Women Only Valentine Time Trial on Sunday, Feb. 12. The race will be six miles long, and is open to all women and girls. Registration will be between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m., at the old South Shore Café, and the race will start at the Divi Hotel at 7:30. Transportation will be provided between registration and the start.
The race will act as an introduction to cycling for beginning cyclists, and as tune up for triathletes getting ready for the upcoming season.
