A lecture by Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica Roosevelt Skerrit that had been scheduled to take place this evening on the University of the Virgin Islands St. Croix campus, has been cancelled. However, he will serve as the keynote speaker at a Youth Leadership Forum at UVI on Saturday, March 4.
