Obviously Mr. Turnbull (relationship to the Governor unknown) has not looked closer to his new home in saying that statesiders are not crying for a CFO to take control. Even the Nation's Capital, Washington D.C. had to establish a CFO in order to bring their finances under control. And although they may not call it a CFO, more and more Municipalities all across the United States are hiring City Managers to take control of their "out of control" spending.
