April 5, 2006 – On Thursday, from 4 p.m. to midnight, water personnel from the V.I. Water and Power Authority will conduct a leak survey of Cruz Bay's distribution system to locate a leak in the downtown area. During this period, water meters will be closed off in order to determine the location of the leak. a release from the authority said.
