WAPA Governing Board Will Meet
The Governing Board of the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority will meet at 9:30 a.m., on Wednesday, April 26, in the St. Thomas Executive Conference Room. Items on the agenda include status reports on complaint officers, the government operations committee, power outages, customer service training and recommendations for the St. John plant.
