May 4, 2006 — The Jazz Vespers concert this Sunday at the St Croix Reformed Church will feature the Elvis Pedro Trio.
Jazz Vespers concerts are from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. They offer an opportunity for families to spend an early evening out together enjoying live jazz in a smoke-free, alcohol-free environment. Young people especially are encouraged to chat with the musicians at the reception following the concert.
Jazz Vespers concerts are presented on the first Sunday of each month. Seating is unreserved, and the organizers suggest that you arrive "a little early for the best seats." There's no admission charge, but a freewill offering will be taken.
