Carnival Princess Contestants Introduced to the Public

0

Feb. 6, 2008 – The Virgin Islands Carnival Prince and Princess Committee will present the 2008 Carnival Princess contestants at 3 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 9, at the Tutu Park Mall Center Court.
"This year the committee decided to have a Princess Show based on the low number of couple applications that we received. Even though it's not the traditional Prince and Princess Show, we are very excited about the young ladies competing this year and the introduction at the Tutu Park Mall is just a preview of the spectacular show you will see on April 6th," said Canika George-John, chairperson of the committee.
Visitors to the Tutu Park Mall can expect live entertainment, refreshment stands and fun for the entire family. Those who are unable to attend the show at the mall can tune into 105 JAMZ for a live broadcast.
If you should require any further information, contact Canika George-John at 776-3112.
