  1. Good day my fellow Virgin Islanders, I am a fan of Little League baseball when ever I get a chance to be present at the ballpark and if not, I follow it via the newspaper or online. What I noticed this past weekend, especially Friday night at the park in east was “two 4-6 age group team playing” there was more kids in the ballpark than parents. People, the coaches are not there to baby sit, you need to be there also. “What a shame if you have a kid playing and you are not present”. Next thing I noticed and this is going on for a while, that other games and/or teams are not commented on the media but “Dodgers” games. Other teams have won games also. On Saturday, Chuis West came to east and play, “that was important”. I have witness other games that where won in the last inning, that was not on the news. Whoever is the person distributing the weekend games to the media “don’t forget that there are other teams in the Little League East. Issue a weekend result for the Elmo Plaskett East Little League, not just one team. “I’ll be watching”.

  2. Thanks for pointing this out Me-eh-noh. I to have noticed this phenomena of only reporting Dodgers games, especially the ones where Mr Rasmussen(sp) is featured. It would be great if all the games were highlighted, not just a select few.I know as a child when I had a good game I couldn’t wait to read the paper to see if my name was in it. We have some amazing talent here on Stx,please lets highlight all of it.
