Why would a church support the closing of a community school on their land in preparation for the development of condos and a marina? Would this happen if the beloved Mr. Guy Benjamin were still alive? Wouldn’t it be Christian-like if the church developed an island-wide K-12 school on that land instead of lining the pockets of a few real estate developers? The gift of education would reap rewards for generations of young Virgin Islanders, instead of making quick money for a few developers. Signed, Your Conscience
