Adam Martin, 41, was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, grand larceny, damage to a vehicle, possession of stolen property, reckless endangerment and negligent driving, according to the V.I. Police Department.

Officers said Martin was observed on surveillance camera operating a green Honda that had been stolen from the Bolongo Bay Hotel parking lot.

Martin was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on Jan. 13. His bail was set at $75,000.
