The Woman's Business Center is offering three days of Internet training to individuals interested in starting a business or expanding an existing one.
The courses, which will take place 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Aug 22, 24 and 29, will cost $20 for all three days. The courses, which are limited to 15 persons, will take place at Working World in Havensight.
According to a release from the center, the courses include information on using the Internet as a global tool, using various types of browsers to search the World Wide Web, along with using word processors, databases, and various business software.
The center offers women in the Virgin Islands long-term business training, counseling, mentoring and networking possibilities. The center regularly offers courses and seminars that are also available to businessmen, according to the release.
