The Woman's Business Center is offering four days of Internet training to individuals interested in starting a business or expanding an existing one.
The courses, which will take place 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sept 5, 6, 7 and 8, will cost $20 for all four days. The courses, which are limited to 15 persons, will take place at the Center in Chandler's Wharf at Gallows Bay.
According to a release from the center, the courses will offer information on using the Internet as a global tool, using various types of browsers to search the World Wide Web, along with using word processors, databases, and various business software.
The center offers women in the Virgin Islands long-term business training, counseling, mentoring and networking possibilities. The center regularly offers courses and seminars that are also available to businessmen, according to the release.
