Oct. 21, 2008 – Deborah Boone, First Express Sunny Isle Branch manager, has announced that Charles Daley is the winner of the First Express cruise raffle on St. Croix.
This summer, as part of a sales campaign, the company hosted a raffle with a grand prize of Carnival Fun Ship Dollar certificates valued at $1,000.
First Express, a subsidiary of FirstBank, is a finance company that offers small personal loans up to $7500 with credit decisions within one hour and same day loan disbursements to its Virgin Islands clients.
