The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority has closed the St. John customer service office until further notice pending completion of repairs to the air conditioning system.
Customers are urged to make payments at local banks, drop a check or money order (no cash, please) into the payment slot at the customer office, or pay by mail using the payment envelope included in the monthly statement. Customers who normally pay online at viwapa.vi can continue to do so. Customers needing a personal identification number (PIN) in order to pay on WAPA’s Web site can apply for a PIN by clicking the payment link on the customer tab to send an e-mail request to the customer service department.
