The Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority will hold its next regular monthly meeting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 23, at the Red Point waste water treatment facility on St. Thomas. The purpose is to discuss administrative business and operational projects.
