The V.I. Water and Power Authority advises its customers in the Bovoni Housing Community Buildings D and E on St. Thomas Feeder #9D that electrical service will be interrupted from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 30, in order to repair a utility pole damaged by Hurricane Earl.
