The Property Tax Office located in the Lagoon Street Complex in Frederiksted, St. Croix, will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 13, according to a press release issued Thursday by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. The early closure is due to a scheduled power outage. Customers are encouraged to contact the Tax Assessor’s Office in Christiansted at 773-6459 for assistance. The office is expected to reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
