Carmen Acosta Rosario of Estate Sion Farm died on Feb. 22, at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 89 years old.
She is survived by her sons: Gregory Acosta Jr., Edwin Acosta and David Acosta; grandchildren: Christi M. Acosta, Jenay Acosta, Alegra Acosta and Justin Acosta; daughter-in-law, Aida Acosta Contreras; sister, Rafaela Berry; brother, Juan Rosario; nieces: Nelly Berry, Rita Rosario, Sololla Rosario and Julie Rosario; nephew, Edward P. Berry; special friends: Agneta Petersen and Lucy Velazquez; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 27, at the Iglesia Alpha y Omega. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
