BLACK HISTORY MONTH ESSAY CONTEST

All junior and senior high school students are encouraged to enter this year's Black History Month essay contest.
The theme is: Discus How Your Decision on Sex, Violence, and Education can Affect Your Future.
Entry deadline is Feb.28.
The winners in several categories receive U.S. Savings Bonds. They also present their entries at Senator Berry's annual youth Symposium in March 1999.
