All junior and senior high school students are encouraged to enter this year's Black History Month essay contest.
The theme: How Your Decisions on Sex, Violence, and Education can Affect your Future, was chosen to inspire the youth of the territory to evaluate their moral choices.
Deadline for submission of entries is Feb. 28.
The winners in several categories will receive U.S. Saving Bonds and also present their entries at Senator Berry's annual Youth Symposium in March.
For more information, contact Ms. Pacheline Peter at 774-2696 or Ms. Lyne James at 712-2303.
