ALL SAINTS WINS SCIENCE BOWL COMPETITION

All Saints School will represent the Virgin Islands in the National Science Bowl in Washington, D.C., from April 30 to May 3.
All Saints won the V.I. title in the final round of competition Sunday by winning two matches from Antilles School, according to Wednesday's Daily News.
Sixteen teams competed. Antilles School came in second; Charlotte Amalie High School, third; Ivanna Eudora Kean High, fourth; Sts. Peter and Paul, fifth; and St. Croix Country Day School, sixth.
All Saints won an Imac computer donated by the Water and Power Authority. Antilles won an Imac computer donated by Caribbean Computers.
Kean High won the sportsmanship award for the team that was most enthusiastic about the Science Bowl, abided by the rules and accepted victory or defeat graciously, the Daily News story said.
