Tests for blood sugar, diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol and breast exams are among the free services being provided at Port-of-Sale mall Friday, March 12, and again March 22-26 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., according to the Independent.
This event, part of the observance of International Women’s Month, was spearheaded by Maxine Fredericks, co-owner of The Comfort Zone.
The providers are the Health Department’s Nutrition Services, the mobile Breast and Cervical Cancer Unit and the American Red Cross.
