Gov. Charles W. Turnbull has appointed three people to fill vacancies on the five-member Public Employees Relations Board, subject to Senate confirmation.
Raymond "Bobby" James will fill a vacant management seat on the board. He is a retired Health Department employee from St. Croix.
Louis P. Hill, St. Thomas and Water Island administrator, will succeed Levron Sarauw Sr., whose term expires April 24.
And Aubrey Lee, former assistant commissioner for the Labor Department from St. Thomas, will serve as chairman, replacing Edgar M. Iles of St. Croix.
The two remaining members of the board are Ray A. Martinez of St. Croix, who represents labor, and Riise Smith-Richards of St. Thomas, also representing labor. Their terms expire in November and September of this year respectively.
