The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs has released its most recent Market Basket survey results.
For St. Thomas they surveyed 44 items at Plaza Extra and Pueblo. Plaza Extra had the lowest aggregate price of $96.06 compared to Pueblo Four Wind's $99.23.
DLCA compared coffee prices in this survey, finding Maxwell House being sold at Pueblo for $6.59 compared to $4.29 at Plaza Extra — a substantial difference of $2.30.
Santo Domingo Coffee was $3.49 at Plaza Extra and $4.49 at Pueblo, a full dollar more.
