Parents of students enrolled in sumer school programs are advised to check the guidelines of these programs to ensure that their students will receive the appropriate credit for the classes which they take.
Classes at the secondary level must provide a minimum of thirty (30) days of classroom instruction. Senior high school classes must be at least 2 hours in duration, and junior high school classes must be 1 1/2 hours in duration.
Parents and guardians are urged to make sure that the classes their children take will result in credits applied to their records.
