The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service reportedly picked up 29 more Chinese nationals Wednesday on St. Thomas.
Later in the day 16 more Chinese Nationals were picked up on St. John.
No one at INS could be reached Wednesday for comment.
Both islands have been the dropping-off point in recent years for hundreds of Chinese nationals who have paid to be transported to the United States via St. Martin and then the Virgin Islands.
