The death of Walter Prentice, 43 of Tutu Hi Rise has been deemed accidental.
Prentice, who was found behind Four Winds Plaza, apparently fell and struck his head on a rock, according to Police Chief Jose Garcia.
A report from Garcia's office said the overwhelming evidence points to accidental death.
