What is a business personality? How do you build self esteem and professional communications skills?
Individuals interested in starting a business or expanding an existing one, will be interested in a seminar being given by the Women’s Business Center which will address these issues. The seminar will be held on from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.Thursday, Oct. 14, at the St. Thomas/St. John Chamber of Commerce.
Margaret Dean and Richard Moore, co-directors of the St. Thomas/St. John office of the Women’s Business Center, will lead this seminar. Dean has directed numerous training sessions in the Virgin Islands on customer service, sales, management and office skills.
The areas to be covered in this seminar also include professional attitude, dressing for your business, and your initial impact on customers. Anyone interested in attending should call the Women’s Business Center at 776-3320.
