Home Community Calendar E.A.S.T. ANNUAL MEETING



Carolyn Waldron, regional vice-president of the National Wildlife Federation, will be the guest speaker at the Environmental Association of St. Thomas-St. John's annual meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16 at Villa Montana in Estate Elizabeth.
New officers and board members will be elected during the meeting, and nominations for new officers will be accepted. The NWF is the world's largest conservation and is affiliated with E.A.S.T.
E.A.S. T. is a nonprofit, volunteer organization dedicated to environmental education, awareness and advocacy. The association recently sponsored a free eco-camp for middle school students. The group's goal is to protect and improve the environmental quality of life in the Virgin Islands, and they are always in need of community support.
