A memorial service for well-known St. Thomas restaurateur James "Jimmy" Boukas will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday at the space that formerly housed Zorba's restaurant on Government Hill.
The service is being coordinated by musician James Anderson of "Dos Guitarras" and Suzanne Giovan, a long time friend of Boukas.
Anderson will play music and offer a eulogy. Others in attendance will be invited to share their thoughts, memories and feelings about Jimmy, whose establishment offered a warm and welcoming meeting place for residents on St. Thomas for over a decade.
