Virgin Islanders with Ohio connections are getting organized — as the not-for-profit V.I. Buckeyes — and hosting a cocktail sip for prospective members Monday, Feb. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Randy's Bistro in Al Cohen's Plaza. There will be complimentary Ohio-style finger food and a cash bar.
