The Police Department announces that special permits to sell food and beverages during carnival are needed by vendors.
Permits will be issued at Zone A Command from 9 a.m until 2 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, April 6 and 7.
No permits will be issued after the April 7 deadline. The permits will be for the two parade days and j'ouvert only. The permit fee is $50 per day.
