Dr. Val Carnegie will speak to the public at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, at the Bahai'i Center. Dr. Carnegie will show slides from his trip to Nigeria with members of the Bhai'i Black Men's Gathering.
Originally from Jamaica, he taught there at the University of the West Indies; currently he is an assistant professor of anthropology at Bates College in Maine.
Dr. Carnegie's topic will be "The Color of Soul."
